Congregational budgets

Congregational budgets are prepared by the Treasurer with support of the Finance Committee, then amended and approved by the Board, and finally approved by the voting members at the June Congregational meeting. (The monthly spending against the budget can be slightly modified during the year by the Board as circumstances warrant.)
