Construction of our Phase 2 project will be starting in early August. Site access to the west end of the campus and use of the lower parking lot will be impacted. The contractor is required to maintain a minimum of 25 parking spaces in the lower lot throughout the construction period. There may be more than 25 at any time, but that is up to the contractor and is dependent on their logistics. Due to the limited points of access for those with mobility challenges, the upper parking lot will be reserved exclusively for handicap parking on Sundays.
To avoid traffic issues, we have volunteers who will close the parking lot when it is full. Our sermons will take place inside Founders’ Hall for the duration of construction. There will be no access to the Amphitheater from start of construction through the end of October. There is abundant street parking on Solana Drive east of the main entry to our campus. Parking at LePort will also be available on Sundays, a short walk to the Fellowship along Solana Drive (the path up the hill to the parking lot will be closed). All construction and public traffic will continue to enter and exit through our main entrance on Solana Drive.
