 A representative from the Speaker’s Bureau of the nonpartisan League of 
 Women Voters will lead a nonpartisan voter education “Prop Talk” to ex
 plain each of the 12 statewide propositions\, (E.g.\, Who supports the pro
 position? Who opposes the opposition? What is the fiscal effect of the pro
 position? What does a “yes” or “no” vote on the proposition mean?)
