SUMMARY:Looking Back:  Rev. Thomas Transition Team Workshop #1
DESCRIPTION:\n\nVision and Voices:  A Transition Team has been formed to w
 ork with Rev. Thomas as we explore where we have been (looking back)\, whe
 re we are (looking around) and where we want to go (looking forward).  \n
 \nOur ability to nurture one another and to grow ready to join with our ne
 xt settled minister comes from the deep desires of each person in this con
 gregation. We need your voice to shape the vision of where we have been an
 d where we are in order to know where we are going. \n\nThree separate wor
 kshops will be held during the coming year for members to share their thou
 ghts on these questions. These workshops are separate from the upcoming Co
 ttage Meetings sponsored by the Settled Minister Search Committee\, and re
 late to how we will work together with the new minister to realize our sha
 red aspirations. With our voices creating our vision we can help ensure th
 at our congregation\, working with our next settled minister\, can create 
 the future we want.\n\nThe first workshop\, Looking Back\, is scheduled fo
 r Sunday\, November 17\, after the 11:00 service. Food and child care will
  be provided.\n\nRSVP’s are important so we can plan. Please notify Susa
