 f our members\, Robin Sales and Andi MacLeod\, created the North County Sa
 n Diego chapter of Showing Up For Racial Justice\, SURJ. Creating this cha
 pter provided our fellowship members and friends and many other residents 
 in North County San Diego an opportunity to participate more fully in loca
 lized SURJ actions.\n\nRobin and Andi are being honored for creating the N
 orth County Chapter at the SURJ NSDC meeting on August 16 at 7pm. They wil
 l speak about why they decided to start this chapter and what racial justi
 ce activities they have become involved in as a result. They will be joine
 d by guest speakers\, Catherine Blakespear and Dr. Tiffany Hodgson\, whose
  remarks will focus specifically on racial and social justice issues in Sa
