DESCRIPTION:It is October\, Fall is here and Time for Chili.  What does chi
 li cook-off mean?\n\nA chili cook-off is a social event\, similar to a bar
 becue\, in which competitors prepare their own particular recipe for chili
  con carne (or chili con plantas) and submit it for taste testing.\n\nThe 
 International Chili Society (ICS) organizes chili cook-offs as fundraisers
 . Its annual cook-offs are on a grand scale.  A World Championship" cook-o
 ff is usually held in October. We are holding a Unitarian Cook Off In Octo
 ber for the BEST Chili in the Cluster.\n\nTasters will donate $5.00 to tas
 te or bring a pot of Chili and eat Free. Each Taster will be given Five (5
 ) Chips to place in cups of their favorite chilis. The contestant with the
  most chips WINS!\n\nThere will be Three Prizes given and a Door Prize to
