You’ll want to be part of the all-fellowship workshop this Sunday following Rev. Ellie’s service on Great (And Not So Great) Expectations.
Continuing the work we began with Rev. Frank Willey, we will delve into the process of further integrating Rev. Ellie Kilpatrick into our congregation. We’ll help her understand the life, culture and history of UUFSD through interactive activities and storytelling. We’ll also learn more about her style of ministry and how she sees her role. We will connect with each other as we begin this Journey to Our Deepest Selves, as individuals and as a fellowship. An informal lunch will be provided as well as supervision for children on the playground.
The workshop will be facilitated by Rev. Sarah Gibb Millspaugh from the UUA Pacific Western Region. Rev. Millspaugh has been with UUFSD through our recent transitions. Her sermons last spring shared her wisdom in helping us cope with the many changes we were experiencing, and she connected Rev. Ellie with our search committee, facilitating a good match! Join us for this fun and powerful Sunday service and workshop!
