DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrdinarily a settled minister search takes tw
 o years\, but the Fellowship has chosen to attempt it in one. So we all ha
 ve to get moving!\n\nYour search committee will begin hosting a table on t
 he patio every Sunday to get your insights about what kind of minister we 
 want. We’ll be sending out a survey to also help us understand your wish
 es – and help us characterize UUFSD to prospective candidates. And we’
 ll be holding focus group meetings at the Fellowship and at people’s hou
 ses\, to get a deeper sense of your ideas on what we want in a new Ministe
 r. Stop by the Search Committee table on the patio to sign up for one in y
 our area.\n\nAnd on October 5th from 9:30 until 12:30 UUFSD will be hostin
 g a UUA seminar on “Beyond Categorical Thinking” at Founders’ Hall t
 o help us explore how unconscious bias could prevent us from selecting the
  minister we need\, rather than someone we assume we need. The seminar wil
 l be led by Rev. Donna Dolham from Texas\, who will also give a sermon on
