DESCRIPTION:Parent Support Group - Offered to parents of children in the UU
 FSD RE program – all ages. Leaders are Glenn and Barbara Bortnick\, who 
 raised their children at UUFSD.\n\nGlenn is a clinical and school psycholo
 gist\, currently working with middle school students in the Vista Unified 
 School District. Barbara has a social work background and is working at an
  elementary school in the Encinitas School District as a special education
  instructional aide. The challenges of parenting often leave us feeling co
 nfused and alone. By finding other parents who are facing\, or have faced\
 , similar issues\, many parents feel better able to navigate these challen
 ges through a place for support\, resources\, a place to vent\, and a plac
 e to share frustrations and successes.\n\nThe group will meet on the third
  Wednesday of each month\, 6:00-7:30 PM in the Palmer Library.
