Don’t miss the workshop Journeying with Pastoral Care: Understanding and Practicing Communication, Listening and Boundaries led by Rev. Ellie this Sunday November 20 from 12-1:30 in Founders’ Hall.
As the second part of our Journeying to Our Deepest Selves series, we will practice active listening and being present for each other. Good communication is key to right relations.
Right relations are key to caring for each other and nurturing our relationships. This in turn helps us articulate who we are as a fellowship and will help us know where we are going. This visioning rises from the work we did with Frank Willey where we learned we yearn to clarify our mission. This work will also help us emerge as a healthier congregation following all our transitions in the last few years.
After Sunday’s service, meet on the patio for a yummy lunch. Sampling the entries for the UUFSD Fall Soup Cook-Off will begin at 11:15. Let’s join in food and fellowship as we continue our journey together.
