 n group focused on your own experiencing of growing old. Share your story 
 about what messages you believe\, still or no longer\, about being old and
  how did those messages get to be part of your life. Share your\, perhaps 
 unexpected\, joys of being old at this time in history. What are your chal
 lenges and concerns now? How did you prepare for old age\, psychologically
 \, mentally\, spiritually\, socially? What do you wish you had done to pre
 pare? What message do you want to convey to the younger generations about 
 preparing for old age?\n\nAnd\, finally\, let’s talk about ageism\, ways
  in which older people are discriminated or negatively treated just becaus
 e of old age\, and all the places it shows up in our lives\, in particular
  healthcare. What are some ways you try to address ageism and what would y
 ou want the younger generations to know about in order to reduce ageist vi
 ews?\n\nLivia Walsh is preparing to become a Chaplain and is conducting re
