CONGREGATIONAL MEETING JUNE 28
We will meet via Zoom immediately after the Sunday Service on June 28. Please stay and vote on these important matters:
Proposed bylaw changes regarding Nominating Committee
• Change term from 1 to 2 years, staggered to allow overlap
• 1 of the 3 members to be appointed from and by the Board
• Remove the specific month for Nomination Committee election (P&P to specify it will be in June to allow more time for recruitment process)

Vote on slate of Board members & officers
• Dale Gottdank- President
• Diane Masser-Frye- Vice President
• Duane Kiddy- 2-year term
• Angie Knappenberger- 3-year term
• Liora Kian-Gutierrez- 3-year term
Vote on Annual Budget
• Support staff salaries assume 50% reduction in onsite Sunday Services
• Increased AV tech hours from 5 to 10 hours per week
• Decreased Music Director hours from 20 to 15 hours per week
• Carryover funds available to supplement Kitchen, Music, RE, and Social Action
• Despite lower income, budget will be balanced with at least $65K from grant funds
