DESCRIPTION:The Communications Committee completed a survey to ascertain th
 e effectiveness of our communication venues. The exercise was successful w
 ith 102 members responding to the survey questions. At this meeting\, we w
 ill provide an overview of the results of the survey and have a discussion
  on how we can improve the way we communicate and distribute information a
 t the fellowship. We will also review our Communication Policy and Procedu
 re and our Implementing Guidelines. The meeting is open to all\, but we st
