DESCRIPTION:As a recent article in The Guardian put it\, we may be baffled 
 by those who are in denial about vaccines and masks\, but if we\, in our t
 urn\, accept the science marshaled by the IPPC that "sea level is rising\,
  the polar ice is melting\, there are floods\, droughts and heatwaves and 
 that human activity is unequivocally the cause"\, and do not in turn chang
 e our own behavior\, we are every bit as much in denial.\n\nPlease join us
  for our monthly meeting where we work together to discern and promote act
 ions we can take to preserve the livability of the planet for ourselves an
